Chiropractors are publicly approved (authorised) healthcare personnel with independent responsibility for diagnosis and treatment. Chiropractors act as primary contacts in the first-line service with special expertise in musculoskeletal disorders.

As a patient, you can come directly to a chiropractor without a doctors referral, and be followed up with investigation, treatment and prevention of your musculoskeletal problems. The chiropractors task is to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and prevent such ailments. This is done in clinical consultation with the patient.
